Quickstart

From a fresh account to a published article, the whole loop looks like this:

    Add your site

    In the dashboard, add the domain you want to grow. No domain yet? Skip ahead to Instant Blog in step 6; you can publish on an ArticlePilot subdomain without owning a site.

    Run the analysis

    ArticlePilot reads your site and builds a profile: what you sell, who you serve, core topics, and topics to avoid. You can review and correct this profile; everything downstream uses it.

    Build your plan

    Run a keyword analysis and get a content plan of clustered keywords. Each keyword shows its evidence: live top 10, People Also Ask, AI Overview presence, and a difficulty score with a formula you can inspect.

    Generate articles

    Generate a draft from any plan item. Each article runs a multi-pass pipeline: headline candidates, an evidence-mapped outline, drafting with inline citations, an editing pass, and automatic verification of every cited source. You get an email when a draft is ready to review.

    Approve (or autopilot)

    Read the draft, edit it if you like, then approve it or reject it with feedback (your first regeneration per article is free). Prefer hands-off? Switch the site to autopilot with a weekly velocity cap and drafts publish on schedule.

    Publish

    Instant Blog: enable it in site settings, pick a subdomain, and your blog is live in minutes at yourname.articlepilot.net with your brand colors and a crawlable sitemap. No hosting or setup on your side.

    WordPress: connect with an application password (WordPress 5.6 or newer, site served over HTTPS):

    • In WordPress, go to Users, open your profile, and scroll to the Application Passwords section.
    • Enter a name such as "ArticlePilot" and click Add New Application Password.
    • Copy the generated password immediately; WordPress shows it only once.
    • In ArticlePilot site settings, choose WordPress as the publish target and paste your WordPress username and the application password. Credentials are stored encrypted and can be revoked from WordPress at any time.

Beta notes

ArticlePilot is in beta, and we would rather tell you the edges than have you find them:

  • Publishing targets today are WordPress, Instant Blog, webhook, and export. Other CMS integrations are planned but not built.
  • Email notifications currently cover article-ready alerts; more notification types are rolling out during the beta.
  • AI mention tracking (seeing when assistants cite you) is in development and not live yet. AI Overview flags on keywords are live.
  • Article generation takes minutes, not seconds: every draft runs a multi-pass pipeline including live verification of cited sources, and we will not skip those passes to look faster.
  • Billing runs on monthly plans (see pricing). During the beta, quota changes are announced by email before they take effect.
